Product Manager (Part-Time, Contract) – Insurance Portal

Radity is a Zurich-based software engineering and consulting company working globally with clients in the United States. We specialize in the insurance and insurtech sectors, delivering digital distribution portals, enterprise integrations, and staff augmentation services. Our solutions help insurers and MGAs modernize operations and improve user experiences.

We are expanding our product team and are looking for an experienced Contract Product Manager to lead the development of one of our core products: a portal solution built specifically for the insurance industry.

Your Role

You will be the product owner for our insurance portal product, working closely with in-house designers and engineers to shape and deliver features that streamline the quote and policy lifecycle for agents, brokers, or policyholders. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role — but one where you will also influence product direction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Defining and evolving the product roadmap
• Writing and refining user stories and managing the product backlog
• Collaborating with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features
• Ensuring product development aligns with insurance workflows and user needs
• Conducting internal stakeholder discovery and setting priorities accordingly

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms
• Deep familiarity with insurance workflows, especially in P&C (Property & Casualty)
• Hands-on experience with agent, broker, or policyholder portals
• Understanding of quote, bind, issue, and endorsement processes
• Ability to work with in-house developers in a lean, agile setup
• Clear communicator comfortable in a remote-first, async-friendly team

Nice to Have

• Experience working with MGAs, carriers, or insurtech vendors
• Familiarity with how portals interface with systems like PAS, rating engines, or underwriting platforms
• Exposure to compliance and regulatory concerns in digital insurance tools
• Technical literacy and comfort discussing architecture trade-offs
