Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. in Naples, FL is seeking a Product Manager for Bio/Wound within the Arthroplasty portfolio. You will drive adoption of biologic-enhanced implants, develop surgeon champions, and influence future product development to establish Arthrex as a market leader.

Travel is required. The role collaborates with Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to define product definitions, pricing strategies, and market plans.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in medical device development and/or product management.
• Orthopedic experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Understanding of development, production, and marketing of product preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives supporting Arthroplasty and ortho biologics growth.
• Coach sales teams on procedural workflows, biologic treatment algorithms, and consultative selling strategies.
• Define product positioning, value propositions, competitive differentiation, and pricing strategies.
• Develop and execute business plans to expand ortho biologic utilization within arthroplasty.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Engineering and Sales to develop product definitions and launches.
