ClickHouse is seeking a Product Manager experienced in developing security features for ClickHouse. You will engage with the open-source community and ClickHouse Cloud customers to identify use cases and prioritize features that strengthen the core database and cloud offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with database security principles and best practices.
• Knowledgeable about data engineering markets—data warehousing, data analytics, security, and observability.
• Strong vision on market trends and leadership in this space.
• Deep technical experience with ClickHouse or related OLAP tech.
• Background in open-source projects, ideally as a product manager.
• Passionate about enterprise-grade capabilities that are powerful yet user-friendly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Understand real-time analytics and cloud database markets, competition, and trends.
• Engage with the ClickHouse open-source user community and ClickHouse Cloud customers to understand use cases.
• Distill and prioritize feature requests into clear priorities for new capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering to scope approaches for core database and ClickHouse Cloud.
• Set measurable goals around customer success and use data-driven approaches to meet needs.
• Stay up-to-date on market and competitive landscape to identify needed features.
• Work with partners to grow ClickHouse awareness and visibility.
