Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Product Manager for Online Order and Account Management in Atlanta. You will drive product strategy, work with developers, designers, and partners to deliver incremental value, and translate business goals into actionable roadmaps.

Responsibilities include owner of MVP scope, backlog refinement, and stakeholder communication. You will collaborate with finance, UX, and engineering to achieve sales growth and improved customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated experience with modern software development product management practices and agile methodologies, specifically XP principles (paired programming, TDD, CI).
• Experience communicating with and influencing functional and technical team members at all levels in the organization.
• Experience creating, prioritizing and accepting user stories.
• Experience conducting user research and testing to understand needs.
• Experience identifying goals, metrics and analytics to measure product value.
• Experience conducting competitive research and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and plan by understanding customer and associate needs to deliver enterprise products.
• Translate business goals into product strategy and communicate priorities to teams and partners.
• Define goals, metrics and analytics to assess product value and refine backlog.
• Conduct end user research to identify user stories and MVP scope.
• Collaborate with Finance to align on business case for opportunities and budgets.
• Monitor market trends and competition to drive best-in-class solutions.
• Deliver across cross-functional teams through planning, demos and reviews.
• Explain complex technical concepts in clear terms for stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration with Engineering and UX to resolve impediments and deliver value.
