Job summary
The Home Depot is seeking a Product Manager for Online Order and Account Management to drive value by delivering product changes with cross-functional teams. You will support end-to-end product delivery, focusing on customer experience and sales optimization across the online and account management domains.
You will conduct user research, define MVPs, and prioritize the backlog to align with business goals.
Qualifications
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- 1 year of work experience required.
- Experience working as a Product Manager in a modern software development enterprise environment.
- Experience with modern software development practices and agile methodologies (XP: paired programming, TDD, continuous deployment).
- Experience creating, prioritizing and accepting user stories.
- Experience conducting user research and testing to understand needs.
- Experience identifying goals, metrics and analytics to measure product value.
- Experience conducting competitive research and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Translate goals into product strategy and priorities for the development team.
- Define and refine backlog with user stories and MVPs.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, and business partners to deliver value.
- Analyze metrics and research to guide product decisions.
- Participate in standups, planning, demos and retrospectives.
- Communicate product direction clearly to executives and stakeholders.
