Job summary

You will own the product lifecycle for user-facing oncology applications, collaborating with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to launch high-impact, data-driven features that improve safety and efficiency in cancer care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven product management experience, translating end-to-end user journeys into backlogs and leading cross-functional teams from concept to launch.
• Experience in healthcare technology, clinical workflows, or with clinical users and stakeholders.
• Proactive problem solver who thrives in ambiguity with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Defining and executing product strategy with engineering and design to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Owning the product lifecycle for user-facing applications supporting clinical oncology workflows.
• Leading data-driven product development and rollout of capabilities that improve clinical efficiency and safety.
• Translating clinical context and business goals into clear product requirements with strategic tradeoffs.
• Ensuring compliance and delivering intuitive user experiences for care teams.
• Setting KPIs for workflow efficiency, usability, and product adoption; communicating vision and roadmap.
