Job summary

TIAA is seeking a Product Manager (Non-Employee Contingent) to guide product strategy and end-to-end lifecycle. You will coordinate with partners across the enterprise to align promotion, distribution, and execution of product initiatives.

The role requires 3+ years in product management or related QA/test planning, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with Agile, JIRA, and Confluence. Hybrid onsite work and a base pay range are noted in the posting.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred.
• 3+ years' QA experience, auditing & testing Institutional/Corporate Retirement Services experience especially in B2B required.
• Scaled Agile preferred; Agile experience required; JIRA and Confluence experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with partners across the enterprise to deliver product strategy and ensure accurate operations, promotion, and distribution of the product.
• Conduct research on product trends and consumer behavior to inform the product strategy.
• Produce reports on profitability and performance and discuss expectations, market dynamics and customer preferences.
• Monitor metrics and market dynamics and measure product performance against business expectations.
• Coordinate strategic processes for the product and ensure partnership alignment on lifecycle decisions.
• Work with legal, risk and compliance teams to ensure products adhere to regulatory and privacy requirements.
• Act as product subject matter expert on features and services.
