CertainTeed, a Saint-Gobain brand, is seeking a Product Manager – Non-Residential Systems to drive profitable growth, portfolio strategy, and lifecycle management across North America. In this role as Product Manager – Non-Residential Systems, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth, portfolio strategy, and lifecycle management for the non-residential insulation systems (MBI, HVAC, other non-res insulation materials and accessories) across North America. This role combines strategic thinking, advanced analytics, and cross-functional leadership to optimize product performance, identify growth opportunities, and guide investment decisions. The position plays a key role in shaping portfolio direction, pricing strategy, market positioning, and innovation roadmap while ensuring alignment with customer needs and competitive dynamics.
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technical discipline is required
Master's Degree is preferred
Required:
Minimum of 7 years experience in Product Management or Marketing
Minimum of 7 years experience managing product portfolios and lifecycle
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills
Ability to translate complex data into decisions
Strong project/program management skills that lead projects to conclusion
Ability to work cross-function, self-starter (lead without authority), Drive for outcomes
Preferred:
5 years of Specification and long sales-cycle experience

As a Product Manager, you act as the hub in a hub and scope model. You must lead without authority and work within a cross functional environment to drive the strategy. Additionally, the Product Manager will be responsible for a range of products that constitutes our core portfolio.
