Job summary

Venice AI is hiring a Product Manager, Models to own the model portfolio across all Venice products. You will define tiering (Free, Pro, Pro Plus, Max), ensure reliable model configurations, and drive lifecycle management with a focus on uncensored, privacy-first standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, ideally across infrastructure, dev tools, or AI/ML platforms.
• Ability to triage model/config issues before escalation to engineering; understands model performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the model portfolio, end to end. Define tiering across free, Pro, Pro Plus, Max across product lines.
• Build the models-as-product operating system with launch processes, configuration standards, and runbooks.
• Drive reliability by defining health standards, monitoring uptime, and triaging incidents.
• Identify and scope new model offerings; turn opportunities into scoped bets and drive to launch.
• Be the expert on all models; monitor pricing, drift, and provider changes; recommend changes.
• Own model strategy for each product; map models to use cases; advise default models and recommendations.
• Turn signals into roadmap by converting data into prioritization recommendations.
• Work across Engineering, API, BI, Product Management, and Marketing to ensure correct implementation.
