You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, manage the backlog, analyze data to shape the roadmap, and ensure a strong user-focused approach with agile practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in an Agile environment.
• Ability to write actionable Jira epics and user stories.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• User-centered, evidence-based approach to evaluating product choices.
• Experience in supply chain/retail domain is a plus.
• Experience building prototypes or MVPs to test direction.

Immediate need for a talented Product Manager Mid. This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Irving, TX (Onsite).

Pay Range: $50/hr - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Gain a thorough understanding of customer and associate needs to deliver enterprise products that enhance the shopping experience.
• Support the translation of business goals into product strategy and communicate priorities to development teams and partners.
• Monitor customer behavior through qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform product roadmap decisions.
• Manage and groom the product backlog, making future decisions based on delivered value.
• Collaborate with user research teams to test and refine product assumptions.
• Create, prioritize, and accept user stories, driving daily product decisions that add value.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve impediments and advocate for user needs.
• Clearly communicate product strategy to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and understanding.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in product management within an agile environment.
• Strong discovery and requirements skills, with a demonstrated ability to write actionable Jira epics and user stories.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• A user-centered, evidence-based approach to evaluating product choices.
• Helpful experience in supply chain, retail, food distribution, vendor portals, and order management.
• Experience building prototypes or MVPs to assess product direction and user experience.
• Familiarity with shipment/ASN processing or delivery reconciliation.
• Experience in crafting business cases and conducting market analysis.
