Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own mid-level product initiatives onsite in Irving, TX.

This 6+ month contract role focuses on translating customer and business needs into actionable product plans, writing epics, and guiding development teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners, manage the backlog, analyze data to shape the roadmap, and ensure a strong user-focused approach with agile practices.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience in an Agile environment.
Ability to write actionable Jira epics and user stories.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
User-centered, evidence-based approach to evaluating product choices.
Experience in supply chain/retail domain is a plus.
Experience building prototypes or MVPs to test direction.

Responsibilities

Understand customer and associate needs to deliver enterprise products that enhance the shopping experience.
Translate business goals into product strategy and communicate priorities to development teams.
Monitor customer behavior to inform product roadmap decisions.
Manage and groom the product backlog and future directions.
Collaborate with user research teams to test product assumptions.
Create, prioritize, and accept user stories driving daily product decisions.
Foster cross-functional collaboration and resolve impediments.
Clearly communicate product strategy to stakeholders at all levels.
