We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the Messaging Enablement Platform (MEP). In this role you will define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the tools, workflows, and platform capabilities that empower internal teams across Netflix to create, manage, and optimize messages that delight our members. MEP is the technology backbone that enables a diverse set of internal stakeholders, from content and marketing teams to product and engineering, to leverage Netflix’s messaging capabilities at scale, with guardrails and self‑serve flexibility. You will serve as the connective tissue between these stakeholders and the engineering team that builds MEP, synthesizing inputs into a coherent platform strategy and translating it into a prioritized roadmap.
This role is based in our Los Gatos office (preferred) in a hybrid model. Remote candidates on the West Coast are welcome, with some travel to Los Gatos and Los Angeles required.
Compensation is a structured annual salary with no bonuses. The role’s salary range is $440,000.00 – $725,000.00. You can choose how much of your compensation is in salary versus stock options.
