Responsibilities

• Manage product development projects from approved concept through production.
• Create and maintain product specifications, timelines, and project documentation.
• Coordinate artwork, revisions, approvals, and packaging development.
• Manage prototype, pre-production, and packaging samples with overseas factories.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for factory communication during development.
• Prepare costing requests and maintain product information in internal systems.
• Track project milestones, identify risks, and help keep projects on schedule.
• Provide customers with updates on sample progress, timelines, testing, and approvals.

We're seeking a detail-oriented Product Manager to drive the execution of product development from concept approval through production readiness. This is a highly cross-functional role focused on keeping projects on schedule, coordinating with design teams and overseas factories, managing samples and packaging, and ensuring accurate product specifications and system updates throughout the development process.

What You'll Do

• Manage product development projects from approved concept through production.


• Create and maintain product specifications, timelines, and project documentation.


• Coordinate artwork, revisions, approvals, and packaging development.


• Manage prototype, pre-production, and packaging samples with overseas factories.


• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for factory communication during development.


• Prepare costing requests and maintain product information in internal systems.


• Track project milestones, identify risks, and help keep projects on schedule.


• Provide customers with updates on sample progress, timelines, testing, and approvals.
