Job description

Our client, a well-known apparel company, is looking for a Product Manager to join their team for a 9-month contract. Please note, this role is remote, but candidates must be based in PST.

Responsibilities:
  • Translate customer and business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and KPIs.
  • Partner with engineering and UX to deliver intuitive, brand-aligned experiences across web, mobile, and in-store channels.
  • Collaborate with data and analytics teams to measure impact and inform continuous improvement.
  • Support delivery milestones for both the Soft Launch (Fall 2025) and Full Launch (early 2026).
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally in loyalty, e-commerce, or customer experience platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a data-informed mindset.
  • Comfortable working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator with a bias for action.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and SharePoint.
  • Bonus: Experience with loyalty platforms, personalization engines, or partner integrations.
