Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. (ADTI) is seeking three Product Managers to own the full lifecycle for Architectural and Louvers segments, driving revenue growth and product excellence.

You will conduct market research, define requirements, create pricing and marketing strategies, and coordinate launches with engineering, sales, and operations to achieve quick time-to-market. Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering/PM, 5+ years in air distribution or related design, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, PM, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in air distribution or control equipment design or manufacturing.
• Proven success in managing all aspects of a product’s lifecycle.
• Experience with market research and data-driven decision-making.
• MBA with 2–3 years of product management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Define product requirements including software needs where applicable.
• Develop pricing models and marketing strategies tailored to your segment.
• Create time-integrated plans for product introduction and manage production timetables.
• Analyze product performance post-launch and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to drive launches.
