Job summary

Stride, Inc. seeks a hands-on Product Manager to drive Canvas LMS improvements and PowerSchool integration for educators and students.

You will own end-to-end implementation, manage backlogs, and collaborate across engineering, design, and curriculum teams to deliver intuitive learning experiences. Responsibilities include evaluating 3rd party tools, ensuring interoperability with standards (LTI, QTI, SCORM, xAPI), and creating dashboards to measure adoption and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; technical or instructional technology background preferred.
• 4-8 years of experience in product management or LMS administration (Canvas and PowerSchool experience strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of LMS integrations, standards (LTI, QTI, SCORM, xAPI), and digital content delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Canvas features and workflows across K-12 environments.
• Collaborate on implementation of PowerSchool features and workflows across K-12 environments.
• Partner with engineering, design, and curriculum teams to optimize user experience for teachers, students, and admins.
• Evaluate, integrate, and manage 3rd party tools within Canvas, ensuring interoperability and standards compliance.
• Gather and synthesize user feedback to identify pain points and priority solutions.
• Own the product backlog, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with engineering on delivery.
• Collaborate with support teams to monitor performance and resolve issues.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to measure adoption and learning impact.
• Create training materials, release notes, and drive adoption of Canvas features and integrations.
