You'll collaborate with engineering, research, design, and customer-facing teams to ship tools that advance scientific discovery while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Shipping products that solve complex user problems
• Life sciences experience through research or industry
• Hands-on builder mindset prototype ideas and stay close to execution
• Experience with model evaluations or benchmarks for scientific workflows
• Ability to translate between scientists, engineers, and commercial teams

Responsibilities

• Shape Rosalind Workbench strategy and roadmap across discovery biology, verification, and CRO management
• Turn scientific data, tools, and models into intuitive workflows
• Prototype with Codex, Rosalind Workbench, and GPT-Rosalind with scientists
• Ensure enterprise readiness for pharma/biotech data protection and admin controls
• Own execution from discovery through launch and iteration with clear requirements
