Job summary

Abbott seeks a Senior Product Manager for its Cardiac Rhythm Management division, based in Austin, TX or Sylmar, CA. This onsite role leads product strategy for leadless and low-voltage therapies, working with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful customer value and market-leading products.

You will own VOC-driven insights, shape product development, and guide launch activities across multiple geographies, with emphasis on collaboration, strategy, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent education/experience.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing/product management.
• 5-8 years of related work experience stated in job details.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and execute a cohesive vision and strategy for a product line.
• Drive cross-functional and geo alignment on new products and features.
• Lead problem/opportunity statements, product profiles, and value proposition work.
• Differentiate products through competitive analysis and VOC insights.
• Develop and implement the marketing plan for the responsible product lines.
• Present products during customer visits and internal reviews.
• Collect VOC feedback and synthesize customer insights.
• Analyze VOC, sales data, and financials to forecast opportunities.
• Collaborate with PMO, Operations, Finance, R&D, and Regulatory.
• Support product launches with regional teams and global partners.
