Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Product Manager Lead to advance the Digital Workplace and AI Enablement strategy. You will partner with business teams to identify opportunities to improve how work gets done and lead the delivery and adoption of Microsoft tools, including Copilot, to enhance productivity and user experience.

You will translate Digital Workplace strategy into actionable product plans and execution, combine product discipline with stakeholder engagement, and directly manage and develop

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field.
• At least 6 years of product management experience, including leadership roles.
• Clear communication and ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring others and driving team outcomes.
• Interest in AI and applying Copilot to improve work.
• Organized, results-driven, and capable of end-to-end initiatives.
• Build relationships across stakeholders and functions.
• Use data and insights to inform decisions.
• Deep experience with Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
• Experience guiding end-user adoption through change management and data-driven decisions.

As a Product Manager Lead you will advance our Digital Workplace and AI Enablement strategy. In this role, you will partner with business teams to identify opportunities to improve how work gets done, and lead the delivery and adoption of Microsoft tools, including Copilot, that enhance productivity and user experience. You will translate Digital Workplace strategy into actionable product plans and execution for the team, combining strong product management discipline, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will directly manage and develop a team of Product Managers, ensuring strong execution and impact.

• You have a bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related field
• You have at least 6 years of experience in product management, including experience leading initiatives and developing others
• You communicate clearly and effectively, and can influence both technical and business stakeholders
• You have experience managing or mentoring individuals and driving team outcomes
• You are intellectually curious about AI and motivated to apply tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve how work is done
• You are organized, results-oriented, and comfortable managing complex initiatives end to end
• You build strong relationships across a range of stakeholders and functions
• You use data and insights to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes
• You have deep experience with Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms, especially Copilot
• You have experience guiding end-user adoption of technology through effective change management practices and data-informed decision making

Southern California Base Salary Range: $179,273-$286,837

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
