Help Shape the Future of Outdoor Living!

Grosfillex Americas is seeking a creative, curious, and motivated Product Manager – Lawn & Garden to join our growing team!

As we continue to expand our product offerings and strengthen our position in the outdoor living market, we're looking for someone who brings fresh ideas, an interest in consumer trends, and a passion for turning great concepts into successful products.

Whether you're a recent college graduate ready to begin your career or an early-career professional looking for your next opportunity, this role offers the chance to learn, contribute, and grow while making a meaningful impact on our business.

About the Opportunity

As our Product Manager – Lawn & Garden, you'll play an important role in the strategy, development, launch, and ongoing success of our decorative planter collections and expanding Lawn & Garden product portfolio.

You'll work alongside our Sales, Design, Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams to identify market opportunities, develop innovative product concepts, and bring differentiated products to life for some of the nation's largest retailers, including The Home Depot, Lowe's, and Walmart, as well as e-commerce customers.

This role combines creativity, consumer insights, product development, and business strategy. You'll have the opportunity to see how products move from an initial idea through design, manufacturing, commercialization, and ultimately onto retail shelves.

We're looking for someone who is excited to learn, comfortable collaborating with others, and motivated to take ownership of projects and contribute to our continued growth.

What You'll Do
  • Drive Product Innovation: Research market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive products to identify new opportunities and help shape our future product offerings.
  • Bring Ideas to Life: Collaborate with our Design Team on product concepts, colors, styles, and designs that appeal to consumers and meet retailer needs.
  • Support Product Development: Participate in concept development, sketching, 3D modeling, product renderings, and the development of technical drawings in collaboration with Design and Engineering.
  • Understand the Retail Marketplace: Help develop product assortments, merchandising strategies, and pricing approaches tailored to major retail and e-commerce customers.
  • Collaborate with Customers: Support Product Line Reviews (PLRs), customer presentations, and other activities that introduce new products and strengthen our retail partnerships.
  • Manage Products from Concept to Launch: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support product development, commercialization, labeling, timelines, and successful product launches.
  • Keep Projects Moving: Help manage timelines, deliverables, and project priorities while communicating progress and identifying potential challenges.
  • Learn, Measure & Improve: Use customer feedback, product performance, consumer insights, and competitive research to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring

We recognize that great talent comes from different experiences and backgrounds. We're open to recent graduates and entry-level professionals who demonstrate the interest, skills, and potential to grow into this role.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Product Development, Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Entry-level candidates and recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience in product development, product management, design, consumer products, or retail is a plus, but not required.
  • An interest in home décor, outdoor living, consumer products, design, and emerging color and style trends.
  • Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Creativity and curiosity, paired with an appreciation for the business side of product development.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain attention to detail, and follow through on commitments.
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships across teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CAD/3D design applications, or project management platforms is a plus.
  • A willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute ideas.
