Ingersoll Cutting Tools in Rockford, Illinois is seeking a Product Manager for the IT.TE.DI. product line, including the PCD segment.

You will grow expertise, quote new products, assist in development, and coordinate with the sales team and engineering. This full-time on-site role requires travel up to 40% after orientation, strong communication skills, and a background in engineering or manufacturing technology.

Qualifications

• Some experience with cutting tool industry or strong interest in CNC machining.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Product Managers in quoting new products and repairs; answer technical questions, and process orders.
• Utilize knowledge of tooling and design to assist in new product development.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 40% to support the sales team, visiting IT.TE.DI. headquarters, and for events.
• Technical writing of New Product Announcements and converting files.
• Learn our electronic catalog, identify problem areas and assist Product Managers in finding and implementing solutions.
• Attend seminars, trade shows, and other industry events.
• Work with customers to provide technical support and assistance.
• Collaborate with design and proposal engineering to assist with projects and new product development.
