Responsibilities

• 40% Technical support: field support, email/phone support, test reports, Proposals support.
• 25% Marketing: presentations, demos, trade shows, e-catalog data.
• 20% Administrative: pricing queries, logistics, delivery support, QA/warranties aid.
• 15% Product/Development: provide market feedback, SWOT, test in tech center.
