Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Product Manager for Internal Reporting in Merchant Services. You will own the product roadmap and drive end-to-end lifecycle for centralized reporting, analytics, and AI-enabled experiences.

You will partner with data, AI, engineering, and business teams to transform complex datasets into intuitive reporting and self-service analytics for merchants and internal users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s with 3+ years.
• Experience in product management, data analytics, reporting, and data platforms.
• Domain experience in payments, merchant acquiring, risk, financial services, or technology-enabled services.
• Proven ability to define product strategy, manage roadmaps, prioritize opportunities, and launch adoption.
• Mastery of advanced SQL and proficiency in Python to validate complex datasets and drive insights.
• Experience building enterprise reporting and analytics products with curated and self-service capabilities.
• Proven experience building production-grade Tableau dashboards and scalable self-service reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and priorities for Internal Reporting.
• Partner with leadership to translate friction points into product opportunities and measurable success criteria.
• Establish governance for the reporting content lifecycle and entitlements across experiences.
• Centralize internal access with strong identity, entitlement, and privacy controls.
• Curate a library of certified reports, dashboards, metrics, and reusable reporting assets.
• Enable self-service analytics via semantic layers, certified datasets, and publishing workflows.
• Design, build, validate, and audit core business metrics aligned with KPIs across reporting and AI apps.
• Use SQL and Python to investigate data and support decisions.
• Build and scale dashboards for operational and executive audiences.
