Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, ideally including internal tools, enterprise software, platform, or operations-focused product work.
• Strong track record translating operational needs into product strategy and executing at scale.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into customer value and align stakeholders toward a shared vision.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve product vision and roadmaps for core internal systems.
• Partner with engineering, security, and IT teams to ship reliable systems.
• Define success metrics and measure user experience and system reliability.
