Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Staff Product Manager to lead internal cloud infrastructure products and drive strategy, execution, and evolution. The role spans product management, engineering, cloud platforms, and enterprise operations, requiring cross-functional influence to connect near-term work with broad platform goals.

The ideal candidate will own complex backlogs across multiple teams, partner with engineering leadership, and deliver self-service experiences that expose infrastructure capabilities

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of experience in cloud, platform, infrastructure, developer platform, or related product domains.
• 3+ years of experience across multi-cloud and hybrid environments with automation tools such as Terraform, GitHub Actions.
• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure automation.
• 3+ years of experience partnering across engineering, architecture, and platform stakeholders.
• 3+ years of experience working in an agile framework using Jira, Rally, or AHA.

Responsibilities

• Drive product vision and define strategy for internal infrastructure products.
• Own complex cross-functional roadmaps across engineering teams.
• Lead direction for automated, self-service platform experiences exposing infrastructure to internal users.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, platform, and infrastructure stakeholders to align priorities.
• Balance short-term delivery with longer-term product evolution and manage risks.
• Strengthen product discipline with clear practices and operating mechanisms.
