Job summary

Tractor Zoom is seeking a strategic Product Manager for Integrations to drive ROI and engagement by leveraging proprietary data. You will work with dealers to develop software strategies that enable data-driven equipment decisions, overseeing end-to-end integration projects and roadmap execution.

The role emphasizes collaboration across product, engineering, marketing, and sales, with a focus on stable, scalable integrations and delivering measurable value to our dealer network.

Qualifications

• Develop and evolve a product roadmap that translates high-level strategy into actionable milestones; proactively communicate progress and changes to leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead the development and execution of product strategy for the technical platform, including integrations.
• Define success criteria for features and analyze post-launch performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure integrations and the technical platform are stable, standardized, scalable across the product.
• Identify customer needs and pain points related to integrations; translate them into actionable requirements and champion the customer voice.

Qualifications

• Develop and evolve a product roadmap that translates high-level strategy into actionable milestones; proactively communicate progress and changes to leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead the development and execution of product strategy for the technical platform, including integrations.
• Lead the design, development, implementation, and adoption of technical solutions for efficient and secure data exchange between our product and various third-party systems.
• Define success criteria for all new features and products; analyze and report on post-launch performance against success criteria to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure integrations and the technical platform are stable and standardized, ensuring consistency, reliability, and scalability across the product.
• Identify customer needs and pain points related to existing and new integrations, translate them into actionable product requirements, and champion the customer voice within the product development process.
• Ensure integrations and the technical platform are stable and standardized, ensuring consistency, reliability, and scalability across the product.
• Leverage analytics and product usage metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform integration strategy and roadmap development.
• Collaborate effectively with product, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and other cross‑functional teams to ensure successful integration development, launch, and adoption of solutions.
• Communicate progress, milestones, and potential roadblocks clearly to internal and external stakeholders, including leadership.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related technical field, OR equivalent practical experience in technical product management.
• 5+ years of experience in technical product management or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate (oral and written), with experience in communicating technical concepts and implications to business stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams alike.
• Able to think critically and make data-driven decisions based on product specifications, while acknowledging trade-offs.
• Passion for data driven innovation and solutions for dealers.
• Outstanding project and time management skills.
• Dealership knowledge or experience working with dealers (preferred).
• Previous startup experience desired.
