The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 3 years in Product Management or Engineering, and agile experience, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.
• 3 years of progressive work experience in Product Management or Engineering.
• Ability to work in an Agile environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Drives a three-year product roadmap including new projects and NPI initiatives.
• Serves as knowledge expert on product capability, specs, and market drivers.
• Develops product category strategy to drive revenue and profitability.
• Gathers foundational market research including industry and consumer insights.
• Synthesizes data into actionable trends to guide product development.
• Delivers timely reports and presentations to stakeholders and customers.
