Qualifikationen

• Опыт управления продуктами не менее 5 лет в техническом/платформенном или корпоративном ПО.
• Опыт работы с MCP и Skills и понимание того, как агенты используют инструменты и инструкции.
• Техническая грамотность в области AI‑агентов, MCP, Skills, разрешения и опыта разработчика.

Aufgaben

• Возглавлять MCP‑команду и определить дорожную карту взаимодействия внешних AI‑помощников с Wrike.
• Задавать стандарты MCP и помогать другим командам создавать инструменты.
• Вести поиск и создание навыков (Skills) для эффективного использования Wrike.
• Направлять развитие GraphQL и инструментов поверх него.
• Управлять публикациями Wrike MCP‑плагина на рынках: OpenAI, Anthropic и Microsoft.
• Разрабатывать подход к качеству, надежности, управлению и опыту разработчика.
• Работать с клиентами, партнерами и командами для выявления ценных рабочих процессов.
• Переводить тех. trade‑offs в продуктовые решения; кодирование не обязательно.
• Использовать исследования и данные для приоритетов и улучшений.
• Объяснять сложные концепты инженерам и заказчикам.
• Быть проактивным, владеть ситуациями и учиться.

Задачи:

Lead the core MCP team and define the roadmap for how external AI assistants and agents securely interact with Wrike. Define MCP standards and enable other Wrike teams to create high-quality tools for the domains where they have expertise. Lead the discovery and creation of Skills that help agents and AI assistants use Wrike effectively, while establishing standards that other teams can follow. Set the product direction for GraphQL and the tools built on top of it, ensuring its evolution improves the coverage and usefulness of Wrike Core. Own the publishing, maintenance and evolution of the Wrike MCP plugin across relevant marketplaces, including OpenAI, Anthropic and Microsoft. Create a clear approach to MCP quality, reliability, governance, documentation and developer experience. Work with customers, partners and internal teams to identify the highest-value agent workflows and improve them through feedback and usage data. Translate technical trade-offs into clear product decisions; hands‑on coding is not required. Use customer research, adoption data, experiments, and feedback to set priorities and improve outcomes. Explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, customers, partners, and senior stakeholders. Proactive and can‑do: take ownership, solve problems, and adapt as you learn.

Требования:

5+ years of PM experience in technical, platform, AI, developer, or enterprise software. Experience with MCP and Skills, including how agents use tools and guidance to act effectively. Technical fluency in AI agents, MCP, Skills, permissions, reliability, and developer experience; hands‑on engineering is not required. The role is remote across the European Union, with a preference for Prague, Czech Republic and Cyprus. Hybrid work mode While flexibility looks different across teams and regions, employees located near certain hubs — particularly in Prague (CZ), Nicosia (CY), Bangalore (IN), and Rennes (FR) — are generally expected to collaborate in person around 2–3 days per week, balancing the flexibility of distributed work with opportunities for in‑person collaboration and connection.
