Job summary

Flexco in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Product Manager II to lead Light Duty offerings and work with marketing and engineering to align strategy with market needs. This is a strategic, results-driven role based in Grand Rapids.

You will own the product line P&L, drive roadmap priorities, and ensure launches meet customer adoption targets while maintaining profitability and competitive positioning. Domestic/global travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or mechanical engineering with strong business acumen.
• MBA and/or Certified Product Manager preferred.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% domestically and globally.
• 7+ years of product management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall product strategy aligns with corporate objectives and growth targets.
• Own the product line P&L and drive opportunities to improve profitability.
• Prioritize and communicate the product development roadmap to stakeholders.
• Lead product launches to achieve customer adoption per marketing specs.
• Develop competitive insights and pricing strategies for the portfolio.
• Provide technical, service, and commercial support for the product line.
• Coordinate marketing collateral with Marketing Communications and vendors.
• Support Strategic Account Sales Managers in pursuing new business.
