Job summary

MCG Health is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own outcomes for a meaningful product area and lead a delivery team. You will drive discovery, prioritize initiatives, and define KPIs to deliver measurable impact across healthcare technology solutions.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in product management with a track record of launching features, strong communication, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience with a track record of launching features.
• Strong communication, business case development, and data-driven decision making.
• Healthcare technology experience, HL7 FHIR familiarity, and AI tool fluency preferred.
• Remote work with occasional travel; 15 days PTO plus personal days.
• Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and parental bonding leave.
