As a Product Manager on the Coinbase Trading team, you will:

• Play a pivotal role in enhancing the trading experience for our users by leading the ideation, development, and execution of features that improve critical user journeys and trading efficiency.
• Leverage your understanding of trading behaviors to provide buy, sell, and convert functionalities on our flagship app and enable advanced trading strategies for high-volume users.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Enhance critical user journeys by developing features that simplify trading and make it more engaging.
• Build a product roadmap based on trading behaviors and market trends, supporting derivatives trading across web, mobile, and API platforms.
• Define metrics, run experiments, and analyze data to optimize product features and trading execution.
• Manage product development from conception to launch, iterating until creating top-tier leverage and hedging products.
• Scale and grow user engagement, ensuring product accessibility.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing, and other teams to develop and steer the product roadmap.
• Set and analyze metrics to guide product development and align teams with a shared vision.

What we look for in you:

• 5+ years of product management experience, especially with consumer products.
• Strong expertise in trading and financial concepts, including markets and derivatives.
• Experience creating new products in ambiguous environments and solving problems creatively.
• Good design sense and ability to craft delightful user experiences.
• Influence and strategic decision-making skills.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders and balancing their needs using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in brokerage, market-making, institutional trading, or derivatives products.

Pay Transparency Notice:
