What We Do
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Product Manager excited to work through ambiguity and deliver exceptional user experiences and lasting value to our customers. The Product Manager will help us continue our innovative approach by collaborating closely with engineering, business, and user experience teams to develop modern solutions for our core business. You will define and communicate product strategy and make decisions regarding product development and releases.

Help define product strategy with clear objectives and a long-term vision aligned with strategic priorities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product delivery and quality goals are achieved.
Develop KPIs, create a product roadmap, and write user stories and requirements for your areas of ownership.
Work with senior management to develop operational plans and ensure they align with broader strategies; present project plans and results.
Engage with internal stakeholders to gather feedback, insights, and understand pain points to enhance product offerings.
Ensure comprehensive documentation, guidelines, and usage examples to facilitate seamless customer integration.
3+ years in software/technology product management or related fields such as strategic marketing or business management. API product management experience is a plus.
A strong desire to build products and services that users love.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to bridge business and engineering teams.
Ability to use data to gain insights, validate risks, and communicate findings effectively.
Knowledge of standard software development methodologies.
Experience launching products or features end-to-end.
Pay Range: $93,000 - $135,000 annually. Compensation depends on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and location.
