Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is seeking a Product Manager II to lead Siteworks product initiatives. You will manage the product through its lifecycle, gather and prioritize customer and market requirements, and work with engineering to deliver winning products.

Responsabilidades

• Own product launches for the Siteworks product category, including idea generation, product execution, and commercial readiness.
• Analyze product performance, competitiveness, and trends; manage VOC, competitive intelligence and attributes.
• Lead the Product Lifecycle Management Process (PLCM) to define strategy and roadmaps.
• Support core positioning and messaging for the product.
• Responsible for pricing strategy and tactics to meet revenue and profitability goals with commercial sales team.
• Partner with marketing to maximize sales of an assigned product or brand within budget.
• Work with sales teams to identify and implement sales strategies.
• Develop and deploy sales training materials for new product commercialization and existing lines.
• Become a product expert with emphasis on part numbers, configurations, BOMs, and applications.
• Collaborate with supply chain, operations, customer service, and service centers to execute simplification and communicate inventory and ERP changes.
• Utilize ZEBS for process development, problem solving and countermeasures.

The Siteworks Product Manager is responsible for leading product and commercial initiatives to grow the Siteworks product line. This includes responsibility for product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, helping to define the product vision, and working closely with engineering to deliver winning products. It includes working with sales, marketing and cross-functional support to ensure revenue, margin and customer satisfaction goals are met. The position also provides technical product training and customer support, partnering closely with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to improve product performance, simplify portfolios, and enhance customer experience.

Key Accountabilities

• Own product launches for the Siteworks product category, including idea generation, product execution, and commercial readiness.
• Analyze product performance, product competitiveness, and product trends in the marketplace and develop strategies for assigned product/brand based on research and analysis. This includes collecting and maintaining voice of customer (VOC), competitive intelligence and key product attributes.
• Lead the Product Lifecycle Management Process (PLCM) to define the product strategy and create product development and simplification roadmap.
• Support efforts to develop the core positioning and messaging for the product.
• Responsible for pricing strategy and tactics to meet revenue and profitability goals, in collaboration with commercial sales team.
• Partner with marketing on activities to maximize sales of an assigned product or brand within applicable budget.
• Work with sales teams to identify and implement appropriate sales strategies.
• Support the development and deployment of sales training materials to support new product commercialization and existing product lines, including value-selling material.
• Become a product expert with emphasis on part numbers, configurations, BOM’s, and applications.
• Partner with supply chain, operations, customer service, and Zurn Elkay service center teams to execute simplification strategy. This includes providing clear guidance and communication around inventory adjustment, product demand forecasting, cross reference guides, and ERP changes.
• Utilize Zurn Elkay Business System (ZEBS) for effective process development, problem solving and countermeasure activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or engineering required, MBA preferred.
• Preferred 5 - 8 years’ experience in product marketing or engineering functions.
• Experience within the Plumbing market or related market segment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to contribute to the success of teams in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
• Must be able to travel 25 - 40% of the time
