Global Payments is seeking a Product Manager II to shape the future of global commerce. You will define and execute product strategies and roadmaps for complex payment solutions, lead initiatives from concept to launch, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 4 - 8+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, software solutions, or a related customer-facing business environment.
  • Experience developing product vision, roadmaps, business cases, and market strategies for complex products or services.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive strategic decisions.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, work independently, and proactively identify opportunities that drive customer and business value.
  • Excellent partner and stakeholder communication skills with experience building alignment across diverse teams.

  • Partner with technology, delivery, sales, and client-facing teams to ensure solutions meet product objectives, market demands, and business goals.

Compensation

$80,000.00 - $135,000.00

The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Global Payments is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $97,200.0-$154,800.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary.
