About Our Team
Our investigative products help our customers complete onboarding, due diligence, and remediation of their consumers. We develop new ideas, gather and evaluate customer use-cases, and support key lifecycle components from planning to release.

About The Role
The Product Manager I will own product features and lead projects for investigative report products, advancing automation initiatives. You’ll support product and go-to-market strategies, create development plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain products that solve customer problems using web, API, and batch delivery. You should understand product development for the web, conduct experiments like A/B testing, and measure outcomes.

This position can be remote in the US, preferably in ET or CT time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand requirements and improve their workflows through product enhancements.
  • Use metrics to track progress and improve customer experience.
  • Drive the execution of the product roadmap and release plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess market needs.
  • Develop prototypes based on a comprehensive understanding of the product experience.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience with technology-powered products in roles such as product manager, designer, engineer, analyst, or researcher.
  • Ability to find solutions within constraints, assess risks, and communicate reasoning clearly.
  • Knowledge of modern product discovery and delivery techniques.
  • Willingness to learn across business areas and collaborate effectively.
  • Experience with customer interviewing techniques.
  • Innovative thinking and understanding of web applications, A/B testing, and experimentation concepts.
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A curious mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred but not required.
