- Ability to find solutions under constraints, demonstrating sound judgment and data-informed reasoning
- Understanding of modern product discovery and delivery techniques
- Experience with customer interviewing techniques
- Familiarity with web application development and concepts of A/B testing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical subject (Computer Science or Engineering discipline) is ideal, but not required
- Proficiency in analytic tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies and writing user stories
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities effectively
