Motion Recruitment is seeking an Enterprise AI Product Manager in New York City for a hybrid role (2–3 days onsite). You will own the full product lifecycle, collaborating with engineering, design, and leadership to deliver AI-enabled travel solutions for enterprise clients.

You will translate business needs into a prioritized roadmap, manage tradeoffs, and define success metrics to drive adoption and an exceptional user experience.

Job Title: Enterprise AI Product Manager

Location: New York City (Hybrid - 2 to 3 days onsite a week)

Our client is a fast-growing technology company transforming the enterprise travel space through artificial intelligence. They are building zero-to-one products that bring cutting-edge AI capabilities into everyday travel workflows, streamlining operations and scaling complex enterprise travel programs.

They are looking for a highly consultative Product Manager to drive the development of these emerging travel solutions. In this customer-facing role, you will work closely with enterprise clients to understand their operating constraints and lead strategic product discussions. Partnering directly with engineering, design, and company leadership, you will own the entire product lifecycle—from discovery and delivery to adoption—translating complex business needs into scalable, AI-driven automation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience, with a strong background in product management.
• Proven experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
• A highly consultative approach with the ability to build trusted relationships with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.

This is a hybrid position requiring regular in-office presence in New York City. The role offers a highly competitive compensation package ranging from $140,000 to $190,000, plus equity, depending on experience and level.
