Job summary

Kiewit Technology Group (KTG) seeks a Product Manager – Recruit to Retire to shape and advance technology platforms supporting Kiewit employees through the lifecycle.

This role blends product strategy with hands-on execution, owning payroll, benefits, HR/HXM products, and partnering with business stakeholders and tech teams to deliver meaningful business outcomes across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product leadership experience in a technology environment.
• Experience with SAP and SAP SuccessFactors across payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, or offboarding.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and prioritization.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own your product space and serve as primary contact for Recruit to Retire solutions.
• Shape product strategy, define vision, and develop roadmaps.
• Represent customer needs in planning and delivery.
• Turn needs into features and clear user stories.
• Guide ideation, intake, estimation, and delivery from idea to release.
• Use data to drive decisions and measure success.
• Build alignment across business and technology teams.
• Collaborate with Delivery, Integrations, Architecture, and Data Services.
