Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Textiles, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in product management, product development, or technical/textile product roles.
• Experience with Tech Pack development or specification processes is preferred.

• Execute segment product roadmap priorities and coordinate development with R&D, Sourcing, and Quality.
• Manage custom, non-stock, and new product development requests from intake through commercialization.
• Coordinate sampling, testing, specifications, and costing approvals across functions.
• Develop deep technical product knowledge and support sales, marketing, and customer teams.
