Standard Textile in Cincinnati is seeking a Healthcare Product Manager to guide new product development from concept to launch. You will work with R&D, Merchandising, Marketing, Sourcing and Sales to defend core lines, grow sales in existing accounts, and expand into new markets.

The role requires strong Excel and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on product specifications, pricing, and lifecycle management to deliver value for customers and the business.

Formación

• 3+ years experience with Product, Business/Marketing Strategy, Project Management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Salesforce and Power BI preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Owns execution of product development projects from customer request to launch.
• Facilitate new product launches and manage end-of-life inventory for major programs.
• Coordinate launches, sampling, price guides, training and marketing materials.
• In-depth knowledge of specifications, positioning, margins and supply chain factors.
• Initiate new product development and communicate needs to teams and suppliers.
• Contribute to pricing strategy, SKU rationalization and roadmaps.
• Participate in customer interviews to identify unmet needs.
