Job summary

Fortune Brands is seeking a Product Manager to support a Moen water brand product line. You will align product offerings, channels, and pricing with customer and business goals, driving growth through strategic planning and cross-functional collaboration.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, Analytics, and Operations to guide product development, go-to-market, and ongoing performance. This hybrid role is based in Deerfield, IL, with travel up to 15% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience in manufacturing, consumer durables, or related industry.
• Experience leading new product development from concept through launch using stage-gate or similar process.
• Ability to evaluate cost components and conduct competitive reviews.
• Translate technical concepts into clear customer value and drive analytical decision making.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, marketing and sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic product plans by aligning pricing, distribution and promotions with long-term goals to support revenue and growth.
• Guide new product development and innovation initiatives through the stage-gate process with cross-functional partners.
• Build relationships with external customers to identify opportunities for category growth.
• Collaborate with Revenue Growth Management, Sales, Analytics and Finance to understand channel dynamics and pricing.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies and guide product and business decisions.
• Support product launches with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality insights.
• Advocate for the voice of the customer by understanding needs, preferences and market trends.
• Communicate product strategies clearly to stakeholders and provide training to internal teams and partners.
• Travel up to 15% to engage with customers and field teams.
• Contribute to additional projects as needed.
