Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of product management experience in manufacturing, consumer durables, or related industry.
• Experience supporting new product development from concept through launch using a stage-gate or similar process.
• Ability to translate technical product concepts into clear customer value.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for cross-functional decision-making.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic product plans aligning pricing, distribution, and promotions with long-term goals.
• Guide new product development and innovation initiatives through the full stage-gate process.
• Build collaborative relationships with external customers to identify growth opportunities.
• Work with Revenue Growth Management, Sales, Analytics, and Finance to understand channel dynamics and pricing strategies.
• Contribute to go-to-market approaches by sharing perspectives and guiding product decisions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to support launches and monitor performance.
