Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to support growth of Moen B2C product lines with a focus on adjacency opportunities aligning product, channels, and pricing with customer and business needs.

This role requires curiosity, empathy, and thoughtful analysis to understand market trends and customer experiences. You will work with cross-functional partners to develop strategies, communicate goals, and contribute to market presence over time.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of product management experience in manufacturing, consumer durables, or related industry.
Experience supporting new product development from concept through launch using a stage-gate process.
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear customer value.
Strong analytical and communication skills to support collaboration.

Responsibilities

Align pricing, distribution, and promotions with long-term goals to drive revenue and growth.
Guide new product development through the stage-gate process with cross-functional teams.
Build relationships with customers to identify opportunities for category growth.
Collaborate with Revenue Growth Management, Sales, Analytics, and Finance to understand channel dynamics.
