Job summary

Molex, a Koch company, seeks a Product Manager for Interconnect - Input/Output (I/O) to drive strategy and lifecycle management of rugged connector systems and cable assemblies for Aerospace & Defense.

You will partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to translate VoC and market data into actionable requirements, lead cross-functional development, and manage lifecycle decisions for growth opportunities in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of product management, product marketing, or related experience in electronics.
• Technical understanding of interconnect products, cables, connectors, or related components.
• Experience supporting product development, market analysis, or customer engagement activities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for high-reliability I/O connector systems and cable assemblies.
• Translate Voice of Customer and market insights into product requirements and growth opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept through launch with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing.
• Manage product lifecycle, pricing, cost management, and end-of-life decisions.
• Develop business cases, forecasts, and market assessments to support growth.
• Engage with customers to understand requirements and validate concepts.
• Monitor product performance, profitability, and market trends.
• Stay informed on technologies and aerospace/defense market requirements.
