Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field is required.
• 5+ years of related work experience, 1-2 years leadership experience.

• Strong influential and team management skills, with ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
• Experience reading technical documentation such as blueprints and electrical schematics.
