The Carlyle Group is seeking a Product Manager to shape technology strategy for the Portfolio Management Domain within Global Credit, focusing on Private Credit, ABF, Real Assets, and Cross-Platform funds. You will partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, drive adoption, and manage vendor relationships.

This role requires 6+ years in financial services product roles, strong stakeholder skills, and experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant technical experience in financial services.
• Experience in product management, product ownership, or business analyst roles.
• Extensive expertise in Private Credit, ABF, Real Assets, and Cross-Platform funds.

Responsabilités

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for the Portfolio Management Domain.
• Shape business architecture and influence roadmaps for scalability and data quality.
• Drive and measure product adoption through enablement and change management.
• Lead agile delivery teams to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee requirements practices, translating business needs into clear user stories.
• Collaborate with technology leads to optimize delivery and team processes.
