C3 AI in California is seeking a highly skilled lead software engineer focused on machine learning and Generative AI. You will drive production-grade infrastructure and tools to advance our enterprise AI platforms, collaborating with product managers, data scientists and engineers.

In this role you will own end-to-end design, architect systems across GPUs/TPUs, mentor teammates, and guide the long-term development of the Generative AI Suite.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; MS preferred.
• 8+ years of professional software development.
• Full stack web development experience.
• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Proven ML in production and DL understanding.
• Interest in Generative AI and related tools.

Mansioni

• Architect robust, cross-product software solutions and frameworks.
• Build and improve engineering best practices across teams.
• Develop systems and tools to enable Generative AI in our apps using the C3 AI Platform.
• Enable scalable end-to-end ML pipelines in distributed hardware.
• Collaborate with data scientists to research and implement advanced models.
• Define and lead long-term development of the C3 Generative AI Suite.
• Lead cross-team design discussions on architecture, UI, backend, and integration.
• Mentor junior engineers and uphold coding standards.
