Encoura is seeking a product-oriented analyst to drive the Predictive Solutions Suite and enrollment data ingestion pipelines. You will operate at the intersection of data, product strategy, and customer outcomes, translating insights into features that empower institutions to make informed decisions.

Join a collaborative team and advance from onboarding to owning a roadmap slice, writing specs, and leading a feature initiative end-to-end within the first months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1–2 years in product management, business analysis, or data analytics.
• Comfort with data, strong communication, and Agile experience.
