Job summary

Bitfocus, the team behind Clarity Human Services, is seeking a product manager or business analyst to translate community needs into clear requirements and designs. This role focuses on growing feature ownership and collaborating with Engineering and customer-facing teams.

You will define, prioritize, and drive product enhancements, create workflows and prototypes, and turn customer feedback into product decisions. The position values clear communication and practical judgment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in product management or business analysis.
• Experience writing software requirements and technical docs.
• Sound judgment and clear communication.
