Qualifications

• 4+ года опыта в роли Product Manager с упором на рост или потребительские продукты
• Опыт измеримого улучшения метрик по привлечению, активации, удержанию или монетизации
• Сильные аналитические навыки и способность принимать решения на основе данных и экспериментов
• Опыт определения и оценки A/B тестов и продуктовых экспериментов
• Глубокое понимание потребительских метрик: активация, конверсия, удержание, вовлечённость, LTV, CAC
• Опыт сотрудничества с инженерией, дизайном, маркетингом и аналитикой
• Умение работать в быстрой стартап-среде с высокой степенью ответственности
• Опыт использования AI-инструментов для улучшения исследования, документации или принятия решений
• Отличные коммуникативные навыки и свободное владение английским

Responsibilities

• Владение дорожной картой роста продукта по привлечению, активации, удержанию, рефералам и монетизации
• Проектирование, приоритизация и выполнение экспериментов для улучшения ключевых метрик
• Тесное взаимодействие с командой разработки, дизайна, маркетинга, data и руководством
• Анализ поведения пользователей и эффективности продукта для выявления возможностей оптимизации
• Определение требований к продукту, метрик успеха и стратегий развёртывания новых функций
• Улучшение onboarding, конверсии подписки, конвейеров вовлечённости и удержания
• Сотрудничество с командами performance-маркетинга для оптимизации каналов привлечения

Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing AI consumer technology company seeking a Product Manager – Growth to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization across a product used by millions of people worldwide.

Задачи:

• Own the product growth roadmap across acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and monetization.
• Design, prioritize, and execute experiments to improve key product and business metrics.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, data, and leadership to deliver growth initiatives.
• Analyze user behavior and product performance to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Define product requirements, success metrics, and rollout strategies for new features.
• Improve onboarding flows, subscription conversion, engagement loops, and user retention.
• Work alongside performance marketing teams to optimize acquisition funnels and post-install experiences.
• Monitor experiment results, iterate quickly, and scale successful initiatives.
• Communicate product strategy, priorities, and outcomes across cross-functional teams.

Требования:

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong focus on growth or consumer products.
• Experience driving measurable improvements across acquisition, activation, retention, or monetization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make product decisions based on data and experimentation.
• Experience defining and evaluating A/B tests and product experiments.
• Deep understanding of consumer product metrics, including activation, conversion, retention, engagement, LTV, and CAC.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership.
• Experience using AI tools to improve product discovery, research, documentation, or decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
